SERGIO TACCHINI x BAND OF OUTSIDERS

Band of Outsiders have released a collection inspired by Italy, varsity styling, and excursions to ancient ruins.  A box heavy collection of open collar shirts, mixed in with pastel sportswear and oversized tailoring are accented with visors and bum bags monogrammed with the new ‘B’ logo to finish off the varsity inspired silhouette.

I’m a fan of the prints designed by Brooklyn based Amit Greenberg, known for his work with Colette, that take faces from ancient italian paintings and turn them into stunning shirt textiles, perfectly pastel for AW19.

I feel an affinity towards the Mix’n’match styling of this collection, cause I’m a fan of drawing inspiration from different facets of tailoring and different era’s and bringing them together into a finished look.  Here are some of our favourite looks from the collection.
