Levi’s® Made & Crafted x Poggy
Levi’s® Made & Crafted have partnered up with the man behind United Arrows & Sons Poggy Motofumi “Poggy” Kogi to create a Levi’s® Archive inspired collection mixing streetwear and WWII-era workwear.
The collection is a treasure trove of pieces you wish you had and now can own, like the McQueen pant, more tapered a the bottom, no yoke on the back and finished with a painted bow pattern in the inside pocket. The collection also includes chore coats, overalls, hats and button-up shorts. Designed as reinterpretations for the modern silhouette.
“I grew up with street culture, and in the 1990s there were many great fashion magazines in Japan that I learned from. So, I’m trying to mix workwear and traditional details with a street attitude, as well as a vintage look,” says Poggy about the collection.
The collection is set to be released this Fall Winter 2018, so be sure to keep your eyes out for the collection that is set to be, as the Japanese style icon says, ‘a collection that’s ultimately for the “Levi’s® lover.”
