HOKA ONE ONE X ENGINEERED GARMENTS

Not many of you may have heard of hiking footwear brand HOKA One One born on the French Alps by Jean-luc Diary and Nicolas Mermoud, to solve a universal problem in the running market. Endurance. By designing a shoe to tackle downhill runs faster they realised they had reinvented the running shoe. After some trial and error and a few samples later, the founders had created a shoe that improved the experience of both uphill and downhill running utilising a cushioned midsole, meta-rocker and active foot frame in its design.

Now this brings us to the brand’s latest limited-edition collaboration with street fashion brand Engineered Garments, putting an edgy new design on an authentic hiking and trail-ready product. The Tor Ultra Low incorporating Japanese aesthetic into its design is a low-top hiking boots featuring Vibram MegaGrip outsoles for traction, an EVA midsole for cushioning and an eVent waterproof bootie to keep your feet dry. This is sure to take you from the trails to the streets in no sweat. The unisex style will be be available for £170 on hokaoneone.eu and with HOKA retailers Browns, Mr Porter, Outsiders and Oki Ni
